This engagement session in San Francisco was so much fun. However, it was quite challenging as well. It started raining when I got close to San Francisco. As I was expecting a text from Mark & Yuri asking to reschedule due to the “triple trouble”: rain + cold + wind, they showed up, looked stunning and fashionable. There was no way we would let the rain ruin our day. Indeed, we turned it from being a challenge into an opportunity. How often can we do an engagement session under the rain?!? We got some cool shots under the rain with an umbrella.
It was so cold and windy that I could see how cold Yuri felt. Her arms turn red and got goosebumps. Even I, wearing 3 layers, still felt the cold getting through. However, they were holding up so well. In the end. we even got some ice cream. That was a great thing to end an engagement session with a sweet corn ice cream, especially their “ice cream bouquet”.
In addition, this is the first time I’ve seen a well-plan engagement session, all thanks to Mark. Below was how he actually sent me. Look how detail and organized it is. *Therefore, I think I’m going to steal that format from now on :)*
