This San Francisco engagement was our first session of 2017. Catherine and Marvin contacted us when we were still in Viet Nam, photographing two destination weddings. We set things up with them quickly. It was so exciting that we even exchanged email when we were at the airport, waiting to take off. We wanted to make sure that they have good preparation for their session.
Although it was still chilly in the beginning of March, we’re glad that they took our advice for a morning session (8:30am). We knew it would be the best time to get the airy look. And we were right. Even with the direct light, it was still surprisingly soft. If you are into this look, morning is the best time to go.
